$  5   per Certified Power of Attorney

Call Us; we will calculate travel fees in advance for you 
Hospitals                $50 + .75 cents/mile for travel over 15 miles round-trip
Nursing Homes    $40 + .75 cents/mile for travel over 15 miles round-trip
Prisons                   $150 + $25/30 minutes in excess of 1.5 hours 
Apostilles               $295 (Includes all fees and 80 mile round-trip)
Certifications        $450 (Includes all fees and 80 mile round-trip)
