Our Mobile Notary Service is owned by John C. Nelson, California Notary Public, who is a member of the National
Notary Association and is a NNA Certified Background Screened Signing Agent. He provides 24/7 regular notarizations, loan signing
and 24-48 hour California Apostille service. John established his mobile notary service in 2008, meeting the notary public signing
needs of individuals, and companies who prefer notary services on site when needed verses the travel, expense, inconvenience and
lack of privacy experienced at notary office sites. He also realized that many individuals who require notary public
service need to have this service rendered outside of the normal 8-5 work day; when they most need notary service, almost all of the
notary offices are closed. Others simply can not take an extended lunch break or leave work early enough to visit a notary
office. To meet these needs John travels to homes, business locations, hospitals, nursing homes, jails, restaurants, coffee houses
etc., anywhere within a 80 mile radius of Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. His motto is, "Notary Service When and Where YOU Need
it." Personalized, professional and courteous service is not only his goal, it is his mode of operation.
