6.  Your initials in the “INITIALS” box confirms that you understand and agree that all fees, including       travel, are due and payable at the time and venu of requested signing whether or not the party       whose signature is to be notarized signs, does not meet the state required ID requirements or       does not appear for the signing as requested. Additionally, you fully understand that this       agreement serves as a contract is between you and our company, regardless of whether or not       you are the signer and that therefore you are the party responsible for payment.

Please note that this contract may be canceled if you notify us verbally via phone a minimum of one hour before the scheduled signing.
